GREEN PERFORMANCE AND EMPLOYEES’ CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: EXAMINING THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEES’ PRIDE AND COMMITMENT

Nowadays, employee behavior that has emerged as one of the most crucial factors determine success organizations in general, and tourism industry particular. Previous researchers indicated it is necessary to shed light on mechanism influence determinant organizational citizenship industry. So main purpose this study examine employees’ perceptions green performance hotels their (OCB) with serial mediating effects psychology (perceived pride) emotion (affective commitment) employees working hotel. A conceptual research model developed then empirically examined using PLS - SEM. The data was collected from 209 hotel at Moc Chau national area (Vietnam) via a questionnaire survey. results show positive correlation between perception OCB. Interestingly, perceived pride affective commitment act mediators relationship This offers new insight for managers hospitality term “go green” tendency.
